Lanes have reopened on Highway 50 in Sacramento after being blocked due to a big rig leaking oil, according to the California Highway Patrol. CHP said the truck spilled its load on westbound Highway 50, east of Interstate 5, around 4:15 p.m. Lanes No. 4, No. 5 and No. 6 are blocked were blocked, causing major traffic delays for hours.
