BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — During the State of the Union address, Trump introduced Dalilah Coleman, the Bakersfield girl who was severely injured after a crash involving an undocumented immigrant from India in the Mojave Desert.

Trump urged Congress to pass what he called the “Dalilah Law,” which would prohibit states from giving commercial driver’s licenses to undocumented immigrants.
