A pedestrian suffered fatal injuries in a collision with a car in Westminster, authorities said Wednesday.
The collision occurred at about 11 p.m. Tuesday at Bolsa Chica Road south of Garden Grove Boulevard, according to the Westminster Police Department. The victim was identified as 51-year-old Dianna May Villalva, who was a transient, according to Orange County coroner’s officials.
The driver remained on scene and cooperated with police. Investigators do not suspect the driver was impaired at the time.
