BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — A woman accused of driving under the influence in a crash that killed a married couple in March 2025 is set to be arraigned next month after a Kern County judge found sufficient evidence linking her to the crime on Wednesday.

Anabell Correa, 22, faces 10 charges, including two counts of murder and several DUI-related charges, in the deaths of Desiree and Max Mooney. A judge also found several additional enhancements to be true, which could add time to Correa’s possible sentence.
