BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The City of Shafter announced that Valley Strong Credit Union will open a branch in Shafter soon, near Highway 43 and Central Avenue.
Officials announced it on Monday afternoon on social media, mentioning the posted signs nearby.

According to Valley Strong’s website, there are three ATMs in the Shafter area. The branch would be the first in the Shafter area.
It is unknown when the branch will open. No announcement date was made at this time.
