MID CITY, LOS ANGELES (KABC) — A dispute inside a Subway in Mid City led to gunfire outside the sandwich shop.
The shooting happened Wednesday night at the corner of Pico Boulevard and South La Cienega, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The victim got in his car and was trying to drive away when the suspect opened fire. He was hospitalized in stable condition.
Police said they don’t know what led up to the confrontation, or whether things got physical inside the restaurant before the gunfire broke out.
Police are still searching for the gunman who fled the scene.
