BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The annual Bakersfield Black American History Parade is set for this Saturday, Feb. 28, which is scheduled to close some downtown streets from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
21st Street between V and P Streets, as well as the intersection of 20th and R Streets between 19th and 21st, will be closed at that time.
Traffic is expected to be delayed shortly after the roads reopen at 3 p.m.
