A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Natomas last week, Sacramento police said. Ray Howard, of Sacramento, was arrested on Friday and faces homicide and firearm-related charges, police said.(Previous coverage in the video above.)Police said officers responded to the 1500 block of West El Camino Avenue just before 9 p.m. on Feb. 20. The victim was found at the scene with at least one gunshot wound and taken to a hospital where he was pronounced deceased, police said. Howard was booked into the Sacramento County Main Jail. SACRAMENTO, Calif. —
A 27-year-old man was arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Natomas last week, Sacramento police said.
Ray Howard, of Sacramento, was arrested on Friday and faces homicide and firearm-related charges, police said.
