Five Black & White SUVs were at the scene.

Los Angeles Police recovered a white passenger vehicle Monday afternoon around 1:30 PM at the corner of Washington Boulevard & Via Dolce as a police helicopter hovered over the scene of the arrest and recovery. 

Five Black & White SUVs were at the scene as a LAPD motorcycle unit directed traffic at the time of the arrest.
