Honda driver arrested after 120 mph chase ends in a crash, CHP says

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The driver of a Honda was arrested after traveling at speeds over 120 mph and crashing into another car, CHP says.

CHP was chasing the driver of a Honda who was speeding at 122 mph southbound on Highway 168.

CHP stopped the chase to not endanger the public.

However, a Fresno Police helicopter kept pursuing the car.

The driver ended up crashing into another car.

The driver was arrested for speeding, DUI, and fleeing the police.

CHP says that a passenger of the car fled the scene.

The victim was taken to a nearby hospital.
