LOS ANGELES — Crispin Glover, who played Marty McFly’s dad, George McFly, in the “Back to the Future” film franchise, is being sued by an ex-model who says that he kept her as a sex slave in his Los Angeles home, KTLA reported.
Glover, 61, denies allegations by the 30-year-old woman that he lured her to L.A. from Europe, where they met, with promises of getting her work in the entertainment industry.
In her lawsuit, which was filed Wednesday in L.A. County Superior Court, she alleges that Glover “groomed” her with the possibility of working in Hollywood after meeting her in Dresden, Germany in 2023, according to a report in the Los Angeles Times.
Doe’s suit claims, he showed her his Nazi memorabilia collection and “groomed Jane Doe with promises of a new life in Hollywood through some sort of business relationship with him,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.
Once she moved to Los Angeles to be with him, he controlled her and treated her as a sex slave, making increasingly bizarre demands, the suit alleges.
The woman, who is not identified by name in the lawsuit, is seeking unspecified damages over claims that Glover choked her, filed a false police report against her, and wrongfully evicted her. The woman is also suing the actor for intentional infliction of emotional distress.
An attorney for Glover said he was the victim, forced to file a restraining order against her in 2024.
“Mr. Glover denies these baseless allegations in the strongest possible terms. The reality is that on March 2, 2024, Mr. Glover was the victim of an unprovoked felony assault by Jane Doe at his Los Angeles residence. Mr. Glover called LAPD, which came to the scene, investigated, and arrested Jane Doe,” the representative told The Hollywood Reporter.
