On Sunday night, the Los Angeles Lakers will host the Sacramento Kings in California.
The Lakers are coming off a 129-101 victory over the Golden State Warriors (at the Chase Center in San Francisco).
Bronny James has missed the last five games due to a G League stint with South Bay.

Before Sunday’s game, the Lakers announced that they had recalled Bronny from the G League.
He will be active for their showdown with Sacramento.
Trevor Lane of Lakers Nation wrote: “The Los Angeles Lakers have recalled guard Bronny James Jr. and forward Adou Thiero from the South Bay Lakers.”

Bronny is averaging 2.2 points and 1.2 assists per contest while shooting 40.0% from the field and 40.7% from three-point range in 29 NBA games this season.
The former USC star was selected with the 55th pick in the 2024 NBA Draft after one year of college basketball.
He is in his second year as a pro.
NBA G league wrote (on February 25): “Bronny James recorded a new season-high, 21 points this afternoon in the @SouthBayLakers win over the Valley Suns. James shot an impressive 64% from the field. 🏹”

While Bronny has yet to make a real imprint in the NBA, he is a very productive G League guard.
The 21-year-old has averages of 15.3 points, 3.2 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 1.6 steals per contest while shooting 53.8% from the field and 37.8% from three-point range in nine games (eight starts) this season.
Law Murray of The Athletic wrote: “Los Angeles Lakers recalled Bronny James and Adou Thiero from South Bay and have declared LeBron James (foot) questionable on zero days rest vs Kings tonight.”

The Lakers come into play as the sixth seed in the Western Conference with a 35-24 record in 59 games.
They have gone 5-5 over their last ten games (and are 16-12 at home).
Following the Kings, the Lakers will play their next game on Tuesday when they host Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans.
