On Saturday, March 21, 2026, Orange County families, companies, and community members are invited to come together for the Every cancer. Every life.® Event of Orange County, a vibrant, family friendly festival hosted by the American Cancer Society at the Anaheim Convention Center. Designed to honor loved ones, celebrate survivors, and support those currently impacted by cancer, the event offers a meaningful day of connection, education, and community engagement, while raising critical funds for lifesaving programs and services.
The Every cancer. Every life.® Event of Orange County is intentionally inclusive, welcoming people of all ages and backgrounds to participate in a shared experience rooted in compassion and impact. The event provides purposeful engagement with fun and memorable activities, creating an atmosphere that feels both celebratory and deeply meaningful.
Attendees can enjoy a diverse lineup of live performances throughout the day, including community music groups and cultural showcases such as a traditional Lion Dance from Kong’s Siu Lum Pai Kung Fu Association, an immersive sound bath experience from Primitiva Movmnt, a community drum circle from TOL y Familia – Rising Heartbeats that is open to all ages, and a performance by the all female ensemble Las Chorizeras, blending American and Mexican songbooks in a fresh way. The festival will also offer interactive exhibits, family‑friendly activities, and a local food truck providing delicious options for guests.

At its core, the event reflects a simple but powerful truth: cancer affects everyone differently, but no one should face it alone. Throughout the day, participants are invited to honor those they love, recognize survivors, and stand in solidarity with individuals and families navigating a cancer diagnosis today. These moments of reflection and connection reinforce the strength of community and the importance of showing up for one another.
Funds raised through the Every cancer. Every life.® Event of Orange County directly support the American Cancer Society’s mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families through advocacy, research, and patient support, to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer. Contributions fuel early-detection education, innovative research, and essential patient support programs, including transportation to treatment, access to trusted information, and services that help reduce barriers to care. Together, these efforts make a tangible difference in the lives of people impacted by cancer in Orange County and across the nation.
We are grateful to our sponsors, Hyundai Hope on Wheels, Visit Anaheim, Ambry Genetics, Neogenomics, Histosonics, ASICS, and Sukut Construction, for their generous support in helping make this impact possible.
The event also offers an opportunity for local businesses and organizations to engage meaningfully with the community. By participating, sponsoring, or volunteering, companies demonstrate a shared commitment to health equity, compassion, and progress. These partnerships amplify the impact of the event and help ensure that lifesaving resources remain available to those who need them most.
The Every cancer. Every life.® Event of Orange County is more than a festival. It is a reflection of Orange County’s collective commitment to caring for one another and advancing progress against cancer. By coming together for a day of connection and purpose, our community helps create a future where fewer lives are impacted by cancer and more people have the support they need at every step of their journey.
