Pitch-A-Friend at Audio Graph Beer Co. – FA M > It says a lot if a friend is willing to stan you to a group of total strangers, right? That’s the premise behind Pitch-A-Friend, where presenters run through a series of 3 to 5 minute slide deck presentations (in all earnestness) followed by a singles mixer where you can meet-and-greet with the friends who come so highly recommended. And if you have a great single friend you want to pitch, you can apply to be a presenter too! Next event is this Monday at Audio Graph Beer Co. beginning at 7 p.m. Free to attend. LGBTQ+ friendly. More info here.

Backroom Shakespeare Project LA – FA > Catch a high-energy, “no-rehearsal” performance of The Winter’s Tale on Monday at Benny Boy Brewing, organized by the Backroom Shakespeare Project LA. This community-driven event brings professional actors together for a raw, rowdy, and modern take on the Bard. While you watch the drama unfold, enjoy authentic Filipino street food from the Tisoy Quality Goods pop-up and grab one of Benny Boy’s signature orchard-to-glass ciders or European-style beers. 21+ only, free entry, and first-come, first-served seating. Show starts at 6:30 p.m. More info here.
