BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a driver who died after a crash in Tehachapi as 23-year-old Willy Paul Preston Little of Tehachapi.
The coroner’s office said on February 18, 2026, at around 8:13 p.m., Little was the driver of the vehicle that collided with another vehicle on Highway 202, west of Jefferey Road.
The report said Little died three days later at Kern Medical due to his injuries.
The report said the California Highway Patrol was investigating.
