Driver arrested after a police chase in downtown Sacramento

A driver who led police on a chase in downtown Sacramento on Monday night was taken into custody near the jail, police said.The situation began around 8:15 p.m. when officers attempted a traffic stop in the area of 6th and I streets because a vehicle had been driving recklessly.
