A semi-truck flipped over onto its side on Wednesday afternoon, causing traffic to pile up behind it on southbound Interstate 15 in San Diego near the Friars Road exit in San Diego.
SkyRanger 7 overhead showed several fire trucks, police cars and an ambulance responded to the incident. The crash blocked the southbound third, fourth, and fifth lanes as well as the #1 lane of the Friars Road exit, California Highway Patrol said.
It is not yet known when the lanes will be reopened. No injuries were reported from the incident after three people were evaluated, San Diego Fire-Rescue said.
It was not clear what led to the crash. No other information was immediately available.
