Moderate injuries reported in southeast Bakersfield shooting

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Moderate injuries were reported after a shooting in southeast Bakersfield Wednesday afternoon.

The shooting was reported in the area of Richmond Street around 2:12 p.m., according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.

One victim was left with moderate injuries.

The investigation is ongoing and active. Sheriff officials said no suspect information is available at this moment.
