SAN FRANCISCO (KGO) — San Francisco’s biggest and emptiest mall will have a new owner.
Two local developers are the winning bidders for the San Francisco Centre.
Presidio Bay and Prado Group are set to take over the property next to Powell Street BART.

All the stores and restaurants left after foreclosure in November.
The Chronicle reports the sale price could be as much as $130 million.
The mall was valued at $5 billion more than 10 years ago.
We still don’t know what the developers plan to do with the property.
