BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is requesting help in locating Timothy Winfield. He is considered at-risk due to medical reasons.
Winfield was last seen Saturday, February 28th, at 12:00 P.M. in the 900 block of 31st Street.
He is described as a 5’11”, 50-year-old black male, weighing 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes and was last seen wearing a green sweater, blue jeans and black sneakers.
