Bakersfield man goes missing on 31st Street: BPD

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Bakersfield police are seeking help from the community in locating a missing man.

Timothy Winfield, 50, was last seen Feb. 28 in the 900 block of 31st Street, police said. He went missing at about noon.

Winfield is considered at-risk due to medical reasons. He is described to be 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 130 pounds. He has black hair and brown eyes.

Winfield was last seen wearing a green sweater, blue jeans and black sneakers.
