Guy Fieri, the affable host of multiple Food Network TV shows, will make a stop in Carlsbad on Friday to promote Santo Spirits, the tequila brand he co-owns with rock singer Sammy Hagar.
From 3 to 5 p.m. Friday at the Pavilions store at 3439 via Montebello, Carlsbad, Fieri will meet with customers and sign copies of Santo Tequila, the flagship product of his and Hagar’s Santo Spirits brand. Bottles will be available for sale onsite.
Hagar has been in the tequila business since 1996, when he launched his Blue Weber Agave tequila brand. He teamed up with longtime friend Fieri to launch Santo Spirits in 2019. Fieri’s current Food Network shows include “Flavortown Food Fight,” which debuts today, “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” and “Guy’s Grocery Games.
