FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A porch pirate was caught on camera stealing a package from a home in Fresno while wielding a hatchet.
Charles Noa, who lives on Escalon Avenue near Stuart Avenue, says his Ring doorbell camera captured a man riding a bike, pulling up to his door and grabbing a package while carrying a hatchet.
Noa says it happened around 6:15 a.m. Wednesday morning.
