Young readers and artists are invited to participate in the 2026 Bookmark Contest hosted by the South Pasadena Public Library.
The contest encourages children and teens ages 4 to 17 to design an original bookmark celebrating books, reading, and the joy of libraries.
Entry forms are available at the Children’s Reference Desk at the library, and submissions must be turned in by Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Winning designs will be professionally reproduced and distributed as official bookmarks at the library, allowing the young artists’ work to be shared with the community.
The contest is part of the library’s broader mission to promote literacy, creativity, and a love of reading among young residents in the South Pasadena community.
