FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Horror actors and fans came together for a fun-filled night of scares and nostalgia at Fresno Fright Nights.
The event was held at the island waterpark in Fresno.
The large waterpark was transformed into a horror and Halloween fan’s dream or nightmare filled with several scary attractions, including haunted walkthroughs and even a water ride.
Fans even got to meet some of their favorite actors from horror movies like Pet Cemetery (1989), Phantasm (1979), Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2022), Sleepaway Camp (1983), The Devil’s Rejects (2005), and more.

Felissa Rose – The ultimate “Scream Queen” with over 200 credits! Best known for the cult classic Sleepaway Camp and her recent film The Forest Hills with Shelley Duvall.Mark Burnham – Towering at 6’4” and 290lbs, he is the latest to wear the mask as Leatherface in Texas Chainsaw Massacre. With 30+ films, 12 TV shows, and 21 theatre credits, he’s a true force in horror.Miko Hughes – You’ve seen him in Pet Sematary, New Nightmare, Apollo 13, Kindergarten Cop, and alongside Bruce Willis in Mercury Rising. A child star turned cult icon with over 60 screen credits.Bill Thornbury – Star of the Phantasm franchise (I–V), The Lost Empire, and The Rockford Files. Also a talented musician and songwriter from Kingsburg, CA, Bill performs with Sons of the San Joaquin and wrote for 20th Century Fox and MTM Records.Lew Temple – Known for playing Axel in the third season of The Walking Dead, appearing in Rob Zombie’s The Devils Rejects, Halloween and 31, the prequel to the remake of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre and more.
