FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — Three men are in jail after a fight in downtown Fresno left a 16-year-old boy stabbed.
Police responded just after 11:30 p.m. Thursday to the Hotel Fresno on Broadway Plaza.
Officers say there was a fight after a group of people asked another group to turn music down.
Investigators determined that during the fight, a woman and a 16-year-old boy were assaulted by several people, with the teenager ending up stabbed multiple times.
He was taken to Community Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Authorities say three men were arrested.
They are identified as 18-year-old Jaysin Jaime, 26-year-old Cortez Venegas and 22-year-old Armando Regalado.
Jaime was charged with assault with a deadly weapon, while Venegas and Regalado face charges of battery.
