Shafter residents filled the streets for a night of food, live entertainment, shopping, and community fun as the city celebrated the return of its First Friday Market.
The street party brought people together to take in the sights and sounds of the event, with vendors and activities drawing crowds back to the monthly gathering.
First Friday Market in Shafter takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. on the first Friday of every month at 320 Central Avenue.
