FRESNO, Calif. – The University of San Francisco competed in its second tournament of 2026 when it finished eighth at the Fresno State Classic on Tuesday afternoon at Fort Washington Country Club.
 
TOURNAMENT RESULTS:


Eva Pett earned her second straight top-10 finish for San Francisco, finishing in ninth place out of 70 participants with a six-over par 222 (76-76-70). Following two rounds of 76 to open the tournament, Pett posted an even-par 70 and moved up 12 spots on the player leaderboard in the final round.
Jillian Leh posted her best finish of the season, earning a tie for 28th, with a 15-over par 231. Holding steady throughout the two-day event, Leh recorded five birdies, with four coming in the first and second rounds.
Jolie Chee and Erica Villegas tied for 35th with a 16-over par 232, while Melia Gustavson concluded the scoring for the green and gold with a T23-over par 239.

San Francisco returns to the Bay when it competes in the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational on Monday, Mar. 9 – Tuesday, Mar. 10, at TPC Harding Park.
