BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Bakersfield Police Department is asking for the community’s help in finding a missing 17-year-old boy.
Police said Julian Torres was last seen on March 6, 2026, at around 7:40 p.m., in the 4400 block of Columbus Street.
Julian is considered at-risk due to injuries to both his hands.
Julian is described as Hispanic, 5’6” tall, 130 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.
