The Padres’ Manny Machado and Jake Cronenworth are among the Silver Slugger finalists at their position.

Machado is vying for this third Silver Slugger award. He won his first two as a Padre in 2020 and 2024. He’s a finalist at third base alongside the Giants Matt Chapman, the Dodgers’ Max Muncy and the Braves’ Austin Riley.

Machado paired 27 homers and 95 RBIs with a .795 OPS across 159 games, well more than any of the other third baseman finalists.

Chapman had a .770 OPS, 21 homers and 61 RBIs in 128 games. Muncy had a .846 OPS, 19 homers and 67 RBIs in 100 games and Riley had a .737 OPS, 16 homers and 54 RBIs in 102 games.

Cronenworth is a finalist as a utility man alongside the Cardinals’ Alec Burleson and Brendan Donovan.

Cronenworth paired 11 homers and 59 RBIs with a .744 OPS in 135 games while seeing time at second base, first base and shortstop.

Burleson had 18 homers, 69 RBIs and an .801 OPS across 139 games at first base, left field and right field.

Donovan had 10 homers, 50 RBIs and a .775 OPS in 118 games while seeing time at second base, left field and shortstop.
