BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Library’s Book of the Week is “Sally Ride: A Photobiography of America’s Pioneering Woman in Space” by Tam O’Shaughnessy.
The book takes a look at the life of Sally Ride, the first female astronaut.
