Video: Ferndale Seniors Host Candidate Forum

Ferndale, MI – On Aug. 27, 2025, Ferndale Seniors hosted a candidate forum for Mayoral and City Council candidates. The forum took place at City Hall, with the City of Ferndale providing streaming and recording of the forum.
In Ferndale there is no competition on the ballot for Mayor in the Nov. 4, 2025 election, but there are three people running for two positions on City Council.
Mayor Raylon Leaks-May is unopposed as she seeks another two-year term.
In the City Council race, incumbent Laura Mikulski is running, as are Eddie Sabatini and Quinn Zeagler. City Council positions have a four-year term.
