ROLLING HILLS ESTATES, Calif. – Junior Alyson Sor closed the GameAbove Invitational as the top finisher for the Beach, placing in a tie for 23rd overall as the tournament came to a close on Tuesday.
Final Results
Long Beach State was led on Tuesday by Madison Le, who used two early birdies to help finish with a 74, climbing six spots on the leaderboard in the final round. Sor closed the tournament with a 77, finishing the tournament +7 overall.
Junior Erin Lee finished one stroke behind Le overall after a 76 on Tuesday, while freshman Chloe Park had the day’s final counting round, a 78. The Beach finished 10th overall in the field of 11 that featured eight programs in the Top 50.
Long Beach State Women’s Golf is back in action at the MountainView Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz., playing three rounds over three days beginning on Friday, March 20.
