ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – Boise State and San Jose State are competing to face the Lobos in the Mountain West quarterfinals, and Lobo fans are divided on their preferred opponent.
One fan said, “100% San Jose State because of the lower seed. So less of a challenge for the Lobos.”
Another fan expressed a different view, saying, “I’d rather play Boise State because I think it’s a stronger recruit, and it reflects better on the Lobos.”
A third fan shared, “Yeah, I think I’d rather see the Lobos face San Jose, but it’s hard to beat a team three times.”
