The Disneyland resort will get its third president in just over a year as Disney’s executive suite undergoes an extensive shuffle ahead of new CEO Josh D’Amaro replacing outgoing chief executive Bob Iger.
Disney Parks International President Jill Estorino on Tuesday was named Disneyland Resort president, where she will oversee Disneyland, Disney California Adventure, Downtown Disney and the three Disney hotels.
“Disneyland is where Walt’s dream began and it has always represented the very best of what Disney can be,” Estorino said in a written statement. “I am honored to lead this incredibly special resort, deepen our longstanding commitment to the community and support our cast members as we care for its rich legacy and continue to create new, innovative experiences that resonate with today’s guests and generations to come.”

Estorino replaces current Disneyland Resort President Thomas Mazloum, who will replace current Disney Experiences boss Josh D’Amaro. D’Amaro will succeed Bob Iger as Disney CEO on March 18 at the company’s annual meeting.
“Jill is a remarkable leader who deeply understands what makes Disneyland special,” D’Amaro said in a written statement. “Jill is uniquely suited to carry Walt Disney’s legacy forward while building what’s next for this special destination.”

Estorino currently oversees international park operations at Disney theme park resorts in China, Japan and France.
Estorino guided the development of the Marvel Avengers Campus at the Disneyland Paris resort, the World of Frozen at Hong Kong Disneyland, the Zootopia-themed land at Shanghai Disney Resort and the Fantasy Springs-themed land at Tokyo DisneySea.

The 35-year Disney veteran previously held sales and marketing roles at Disneyland, Hong Kong Disneyland and across the Asia-Pacific region.
The passionate advocate for diversity, equity and inclusion is also a thought leader on brand experience and marketing innovation.
Estorino will guide the Anaheim theme park resort as it begins work on a 40-year expansion plan under the DisneylandForward initiative.

Disney Consumer Products President Tasia Filippatos will replace Estorino as the Disney Parks International president.
Mazloum has run the Disneyland resort since March 2025, replacing Ken Potrock who was appointed to a newly created role overseeing major worldwide events for Disney.
