The Community and Economic Development Department of Fullerton is holding a public hearing regarding a request for a Minor Exception concerning building height at 433 West Jacaranda Place. The meeting is scheduled for Thursday, November 6, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. and will be conducted virtually.

The proposed project seeks an exemption to the maximum building height requirement for an accessory dwelling situated in the R-1-7.2P (Single-Family Residential) zone. This exception is categorized as exempt under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) per Section 15303, which covers new construction or conversion of small structures.

Residents and stakeholders are encouraged to participate in the meeting and may submit their comments beforehand through the Community and Economic Development Department.
