Looking for a quick and fun tattoo this week? Indulge yourself in Friday the 13th flash sales on tattoos and piercings from parlors and studios throughout Sacramento.
Whether it is a cute heart tattoo or a shiny new piercing, here is a list of businesses participating:
Les Tattoos
Les Tattoos, 2223 10th St., will be hosting a dual Friday the 13th flash sale alongside the grand opening of their new studio.
The flash event will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. with cash-only $80 tattoos. Tattoos are on a first come, first serve with each of the seven artists taking between seven and 12 patrons.
The grand opening celebration will run from 7-10 p.m. with a ribbon cutting ceremony, fundraiser raffle for NorCal Resist and drag performances from Roselia Valentine and Dixon Herr.
The event will also have music, drinks, food and a pop-up shop from The Hunny Club.
Electric Moon Tattoo Studio
At Electric Moon Tattoo Studio, 5493 Carlson Drive, Suite H, patrons can enjoy a flash special for tattoos from $50 to $80 beginning at noon.
Check out the studio’s Instagram page Thursday night for a peak at the custom flash tattoos available for the sale. The tattoo studio also said on social media there will be specials on piercings.
Pok-A-Dotz Shop
At Pok-A-Dotz Shop, 710 12th St. in Alkali Flats, beginning at 11 a.m. and going until 8 p.m. will have a vendor line up for Friday, March 13.
There will be 12 vendors in attendance at the event including Cross Dogs, Hefty Gyros, Sactown Jerky and Flourish Effects.
River City Tattoo
River City Tattoo, 1021 Second St., Suite 200 in Old Sacramento, will host a Friday the 13th sale with $40 tattoo specials and discounts on all piercings. Artists will take patrons on a first come, first served basis beginning at 10 a.m.
Elysian Tattoo Gallery
Elysian Tattoo Gallery, 2031 J St. in Boulevard Park, will have tattoos starting at $113 for it’s Friday the 13th Flash Day.
The Lucky Lotus Tattoo
The Lucky Lotus Tattoo, 2030 Sutterville Road in Sacramento, will have an original flash art sale beginning at 10 a.m. and running until midnight. Additionally, there will be a free portrait photography experience for people to show off their tattoos and share their stories.
People who participate in the portrait photo session will receive three fully edited digital images on a later date and have a chance to be featured on the studio’s social media. Photo patrons are encouraged to avoid wearing neon or reflective clothing.
