Pasadena ArtNight – M FA TP > The spring edition of Pasadena ArtNight returns this Friday, offering free admission and special activations at 19 of the city’s arts and culture institutions. Ivy Station Night Market: Lucky & Local – M FA > Embrace the luck of the Irish at Ivy Station with a festive St. Patrick’s-themed event this Friday featuring over 30 local makers, a “Shamrock Shot” prize game, and a live soundtrack curated by DJ Bennett. The Drag Queen Game Show – M FA > Every Friday, night Video Vortex (located inside the Alamo Drafthouse DTLA) hosts one of L.A.’s sassiest weekly affairs. The Drag Queen Game Show puts a fabulous twist on retro game show favorites where attendees can volunteer for one of three rotating games, participate in themed musical bingo from their seats, and enjoy high-energy drag performances throughout the night. Since it’s held at the Alamo Drafthouse, you can order a full dinner or specialty cocktails directly to your table during the show. Located at Kicks off at 7:30 p.m. Recommended for 21+. Hermosa Beach St. Patrick’s Day Parade – FA > The City of Hermosa Beach celebrates St. Patrick’s Day on Saturday with a parade, live entertainment and activities set up at the Hermosa Beach Pier and surround areas. Starts at 11 a.m. More info here.

KCRW Pie Fest – FA TP > Pi Day (March 14) wouldn’t be complete without KCRW’s annual Pie Fest. The 2026 event comes to the Autry Museum with a massive, all-ages celebration of everything pie held this Saturday. Hosted by Good Food’s Evan Kleiman, the day features a public pie pageant, baking demos from legends like Nancy Silverton and Sherry Yard, and DJ sets by Raul Campos and Tyler “Boogie” Boudreaux. The festivities culminate in a live judging ceremony at 4 p.m. featuring celebrity judges Will Ferrell, Roy Choi, and Andy Richter. Beyond the crust, enjoy a marketplace with lunch options, a beer garden, and free access to the Autry Museum galleries all day. Runs noon to 5 p.m.. More info here.

East LA Women’s Day Fest 2026 – M FA > Celebrate a powerful convergence of International Women’s Day, the Spring Equinox, and the Mexica New Year at the East Los Angeles Civic Center this Saturday. This one-day festival, hosted by Mujeres de Maiz, The Goddess Mercado, and the East LA Women’s Center, uplifts women and femmes of color through a vibrant mix of live music, poetry, and “artivist” performances by artists like Maya Jupiter and Colectivo Sabinas. FitspoLA at The Bloc – M FA > Join The Bloc for a morning of movement and wellness presented by UCLA Health. This second-Saturday community event kicks off with a Wellness Village featuring product sampling from brands like Culture Pop Soda and NUUN Sport Hydration. The fitness lineup includes an All Levels Yoga Flow with Yoga by Rony at 9:30 a.m., followed by a high-energy Zumba session with LA Fitness at 11 a.m. Classes are free and open to all skill levels, though attendees must bring their own water and workout mat. Santa Monica Symphony: Scenes from Life – FA > Music Director Pola Benke explores her Polish musical heritage in this “deeply personal” program with the Santa Monica Symphony this Saturday. The evening features Witold Lutosławski’s Small Suite, a vibrant work rooted in Polish folk traditions, alongside Beethoven’s groundbreaking Symphony No. 1. The Los Angeles Vintage Paperback Show offers everything from affordable reader copies to rare, high-end collectibles. Art Lab x Metro Art – FA > Get a hands-on look at the future of Los Angeles transit at the Hammer Museum this Sunday. This collaborative workshop features five artists commissioned by Metro Art to create site-specific works for the upcoming D Line (Purple) Subway Extension. You’ll have the chance to meet Sandow Birk, Iris Yirei Hu, Yunhee Min, and the duo Victoria Fu & Matt Rich, participating in art-making activities that mirror their creative processes for the new stations serving UCLA and the West LA VA Medical Center. Miznon West 3rd Grand Opening (March 14) -> Miznon opens its Beverly Grove flagship this Saturday, and it’s bringing the full experience to Los Angeles for the first time. The first 100 guests score a free signature pita, choose from the Lavan, Broken Chicken, or Candy Steak. Beyond the pitas, the expanded menu ventures well outside the pita with dishes like Ratatouille, Intimate Stew, Hummus Plate, and Masabaha Lima Beans, plus kosher-style offerings including a Schnitzel Pita, Ribeye Pita, and Amburger. The dedicated bar pours a full cocktail menu with four Beverly Grove exclusives. Highlights include the Miznon Margarita and Smoke and Ginger, alongside mocktails and a signature Miznon pilsner dropping soon. Indoor-outdoor seating completes the picture. Re:MEX Daisy Margarita Bar’s New Limited-Run Collaboration Series (March 15-16) -> What happens when two chefs with entirely different culinary histories share the same kitchen for just one weekend? Daisy Margarita Bar’s new limited-engagement series Re:MEX explores exactly that. For its debut edition, Chef Alan Sanz welcomes Perilla LA’s Jihee Kim — whose modern Korean cooking weaves banchan structure, fermentation, and California seasonality into something entirely her own. The resulting menu is a genuine collision of two traditions with Hoja Santa Twigim, Black Cod Doenjang Taco, Black Sesame Tres Leches with Doenjang Cream on offer.
