Cherry Blossom Festival 

Thursday, March 12, through Sunday, March 15. The Cherry Blossom Festival is happening Thursday through Sunday at the Japanese Friendship Garden in Balboa Park. The festival will celebrate its 21st anniversary, and will include flowering trees, dance performances, taiko drumming, workshops and treats. For more information, click here.


St. Patrick’s Day Parade & Festival

Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.San Diego’s St. Patrick’s Day Parade kicks off Saturday morning at Fifth Avenue and Laurel Street.There will also be an Irish Festival at Balboa Park, with performances and food, as well as other vendors. Attendees do need to buy tickets to the festival. For more information, click here.

San Diego Rocket Con
