Emergency crews rushed to a high school in Highland Park following a report of a stabbing Thursday.

The Los Angeles Fire Department sent its first responders to Benjamin Franklin Senior High School on Avenue 54 at around 12:30 p.m..

At least one rescue ambulance was sent to the school.

No one was taken to a hospital as the patient refused to be transported.

The Los Angeles Police Department said it received a request for support from the Los Angeles School Police Department about a stabbing.
