A woman was arrested Thursday after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a teenager, NBC4 Investigates learned Friday.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department was alerted when parents called to report the allegedly unusual relationship between their child and an adult.
The woman in question was identified as 32-year-old Elizabeth Eiizarraraz.
The unnamed teenager and Eiizarraraz met at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita sometime between 2024 and 2025, the sheriff’s department said.
Eiizarraraz was taken into custody Thursday morning for felony lewd/lascivious acts with a child under the age of 14.
Authorities believe the teen is Eiizarraraz ‘s only contact with a minor.
Eiizarraraz worked at the Boys & Girls Club of Santa Clarita, but it was not immediately clear whether she was still an employee. NBC Los Angeles reached out to the Boys & Girls Club.
As the investigation continues, the case will be sent to the LA County District Attorney’s office for possible charges, the sheriff’s department said.
