March Holiday Mashup to celebrate St. Patrick’s and Pi Day with pizza, green beer, baked goods, and shakes.

Irv’s Burgers has introduced a limited-time shake to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day.

The Leprechaun’s Oreo Cookie Shake blends vanilla soft-serve ice cream with mint flavoring and Oreo cookie crumbles, then is topped with whipped cream for a festive green treat.

Priced at $7.50, the seasonal shake is available for a limited time at the Los Angeles burger spot and can be paired with Irv’s classic burgers and fries. While St. Patrick’s Day is tomorrow, the shake will be available for the rest of March.

Seasonal pastries and drinks inspired by St. Patrick’s Day will be available for a limited time at Häsi Bread, with the bakery offering a lineup of matcha-themed treats and a special Sunday market.

The Venice bakery plans to serve the festive items from Friday, March 13, through Tuesday, March 17. Bakers at Häsi developed several limited-edition pastries featuring green-hued ingredients such as matcha and pistachio.

Among the featured items is the Pot o’ Gold Kouign Amann, a laminated pastry filled with matcha vanilla bean cream and house-made caramel, finished with edible gold leaf.

Another option, the Matcha Snickerdoodle, reimagines the classic cookie with a coating of cinnamon and matcha sugar.

Chocolate croissant fans can try the Pistachio Matcha Pain Au Chocolat, a twice-baked pastry filled with Santa Barbara pistachio and matcha frangipane and topped with toasted pistachios and powdered sugar.

Bread offerings include The Lucky OG, the bakery’s wild-fermented sourdough loaf with a green marbled swirl.

A specialty drink, Apple Jack Matcha, combines Lovely Bunch sparkling apple cider with matcha, coconut sugar simple syrup, and dehydrated cinnamon apple.

Häsi Bread will also host a St. Patrick’s-themed market on Sunday, March 15, from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event will feature specialty matcha sourdough, pastries, and drinks, along with vendors, local artists, and a vintage clothing market organized by Guerita Vintage. Additional offerings from Lovely Bunch Juice will also be available.

Superba Food + Bread will mark Pi Day on Saturday with discounted slices of pie. The offer is good at any location, including the Venice and Hollywood locations.

Slices will be priced at $3.14 in honor of the mathematical constant celebrated each year on March 14. The promotion will feature two classic varieties: apple pie and blueberry pie.

The special offer will be available at all Superba locations on March 14 while supplies last.

Shakey’s Pizza Parlor is marking St. Patrick’s Day with festive drinks and daily specials designed for casual celebrations with friends and family. Sometimes you just need mojo potatoes, pizza, and chicken.

The restaurant chain will serve classic green beer during its Happy Hour from 2 to 5 p.m., when a selection of drinks and food items will be available for under $8.

Earlier in the day, guests can take advantage of Shakey’s “Bunch of Lunch,” offered from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The all-you-can-eat buffet includes fresh pizza, fried chicken, Mojo Potatoes, pasta dishes, salads, and a variety of sides.

With the NCAA basketball tournament underway, Shakey’s locations are also positioning themselves as gathering spots for fans looking to watch March Madness games while dining.

Restaurant hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and Shakey’s locations in West LA are in Culver City, which was newly remodeled, and Inglewood.

The Win~Dow is marking Pi Day with a special dessert offer available at several of its Southern California locations.

On Saturday, March 14, customers can purchase a slice of apple pie for $3.14 when ordering a burger. The pie is made by Superba Food + Bread, and while it is the same pie, it’s another place where you can get a slice for $3.14, and who knows, you might want a burger.

The limited-time offer will be available at The Win~Dow locations in Hollywood, Silver Lake, Long Beach, Venice, and at The Grove while supplies last.
