SAN DIEGO (FOX 5/KUSI) — The San Diego Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing woman who is considered at-risk.
According to the San Diego Police Department, 80-year-old Mulan Hou was reported missing on Saturday, March 14, around 4 p.m., and was last seen near Fenton Parkway. Police say Hou was last seen walking near the Fenton Parkway Trolley Station.
Hou is described as a 5-foot Asian woman, weighing around 130 pounds. She speaks only Mandarin and was last seen wearing a white hat and a brown jacket, and uses a cane to walk.
