A student from the California Area School District was killed Friday night after officials said they were involved in a dirt bike accident. Washington County dispatchers confirmed to Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 that the incident occurred near Highland Drive and Hill Street in California Borough.

We’re told the student, who has not been identified, was 16-years-old.
