St. Patrick’s Day at Benny Boy – FA > This Sunday, check out the St. Paddy’s Day party at Benny Boy Brewing featuring festive live Irish music by Michael Kelly, cask ales, and the return of the “Split the B” competition. Los Angeles Vintage Paperback Show -> Attention pulp lovers and paperback hounds: Dive into the world’s largest gathering of its kind at the Glendale Civic Auditorium this Sunday with over 80 dealer tables featuring tens of thousands of vintage paperbacks. The Los Angeles Vintage Paperback Show offers everything from affordable reader copies to rare, high-end collectibles. Beyond the browsing, you can meet over 45 renowned authors and artists who will be on-site to sign their works for free. The show runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tickets are $10. More info here.

Art Lab x Metro Art – FA > Get a hands-on look at the future of Los Angeles transit at the Hammer Museum this Sunday. This collaborative workshop features five artists commissioned by Metro Art to create site-specific works for the upcoming D Line (Purple) Subway Extension. You’ll have the chance to meet Sandow Birk, Iris Yirei Hu, Yunhee Min, and the duo Victoria Fu & Matt Rich, participating in art-making activities that mirror their creative processes for the new stations serving UCLA and the West LA VA Medical Center. St. Patricks’ Day weekend at Angel City Brewery continues with live music from 3 to 6 p.m. and DJ sets from 6 to 10 p.m.

One Colorado’s Third Sundays Wellness Series continues with a Sound Bath from Somer Skye Energy Works. Starts at 10 a.m.

Following its acclaimed London debut, Gorillaz have brought House of Kong to Downtown L.A. for a limited four-week immersive run at Rolling Greens DTLA.

Continuing this Sunday at 6 p.m., The Backstory is a monthly live storytelling show hosted at The Crow in Santa Monica.

Dynasty Typewriter is hosting a free Oscars watch party hosted by Guy Branum (seating first-come, first-serve).
