Ten days of action at the 2026 Milan Cortina Paralympics has come to an end.
China finished the competition with a whopping 44 total medals and a leading 15 golds. Team USA came in second with 24 total medals and 13 golds.
The next Winter Paralympics will take place four years from now, but the wait for the next games is half that.

The next Paralympics, which will be held in the summer, will take place in two years in 2028.
Where are the next Paralympics?
The next Paralympics will be headed to Southern California for the 2028 Los Angeles Summer Games. The Opening Ceremony is slated for Tuesday, Aug. 15 with the Closing Ceremony on Sunday, Aug. 27.
SoFi Stadium will host the Opening Ceremony, while the Closing Ceremony will be at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum.
Which venues will be used at the 2028 Los Angeles Paralympics?
Events will be spread out through over 15 zones in the Los Angeles area, including Long Beach, Inglewood, Venice and more.
