VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A Fresno man was arrested Saturday afternoon after a San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputy discovered a nitrous oxide tank during a traffic stop in Victorville.

The incident was reported on March 14, 2026, at about 5 p.m., in the area of La Mesa Road and El Evado Road.

According to information provided to VVNG, a deputy on patrol conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle carrying six occupants, despite the vehicle only having five seats.

Authorities also noted that only the driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of the stop.

During the stop, the deputy conducted a search of the vehicle and located a NOS/toluene tank.

Deputies determined the tank belonged to Jordan Willis, 18, of Fresno. Willis was subsequently arrested in connection with the tank.

Willis was later cited and released at the scene, according to authorities.
