Sacramento weather siren breaks ahead of severe weather

HENDERSON, Ky. (WEHT) — A weather siren stationed in McLean County is not working.

According to the Sacramento Southern District Volunteer Fire Department, the weather siren in Sacramento will not go off if severe weather occurs. The fire department asks people to find alternative ways of being notified in the event of severe weather.
