FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A game store was burglarized twice over the weekend after its final day of business.

Blue Shell Gaming and Collectibles shared surveillance video of the crime in northwest Fresno.

This happened at the Bullard and West location.

The shop is closing down to merge with its other stores on Fig Garden Drive and in Clovis.

Saturday night, the store was hit twice.

The suspects were seen taking items out of cases.

The store says a second group later came in through the back door that the first group had left open.

Right now, they estimate about a couple of thousand dollars in total damage.

“It’s really disheartening to see people going after small businesses because it really does hurt us,” says Kelsey Heater. “It stinks to leave this location. We love this location. But it stinks to leave on a low note versus leaving on a high note of a good sales, good standard sales day.”

Blue Shell Gaming and Collectibles says the suspects made off with various Pokemon cards, and video game consoles.
