• Grahame Lesh & Friends presents “Unbroken Chain,” a three-night tribute to Grahame Lesh’s late father, Phil Lesh of the Grateful Dead, to benefit San Rafael’s Canal Alliance, at 8 p.m. Friday through Sunday at the Fillmore at 1805 Geary Blvd. in San Francisco. The musical legend died at age 84 in 2024.
“The fact is, we cannot celebrate Phil without celebrating Bob — or Jerry, or Pigpen, or Donna, or Keith, or Hunter, or Brent, or Vince, or Bear, or Barlow, any of the Grateful Dead family we’ve lost over the 60-plus years of this music,” Grahame Lesh wrote on Instagram. “Their lives as bandmates, friends and family are all too entwined to celebrate any one without the others.
“I’m so happy to bring together an insane lineup of amazing musicians to perform at the Fillmore for these shows. I am so thankful to every single one of them — my dad’s friends, collaborators, inspirations and more — for joining me in pushing the music of these titans forward into the future.”
Admission per night is $99 and up. Go to thefillmore.com/shows.
